Change Password

If you need to change your Password or have forgotten your Password, select the Forgot your password link on the bottom of the Login page.

After selecting the link, you will be asked to enter either your Username or the email address associated with your account.

Make sure to check the I'm not a robot box and then hit enter.

After typing your Username or email address, you will be asked to verify your security questions. After entering your answers, select the OK Button .

After entering your security answers, you will be asked to enter a new password, then verify the new password, then select the OK Button .

Tip: We recommend entering a password that is unique, yet simple to remember. It also needs to be at least 4 characters.
